Delivery information

within Australia:-

All Cuddledry orders are processed and posted within 3 working days but next day delivery is what we strive to achieve. If you need your Cuddledry posted urgently, please just let us know through the comments box in your order and we will do our utmost to accommodate.

Within Australia we use Australia Post's Parcel Post Plus satchel service, registered post (for larger orders as this requires a signature on delivery) and Express satchels/parcel post. All of these provide a tracking code.

Australia Post Express Post network is for next day delivery (sometimes 2-3 days if regional). For more information check www.auspost.com.au. If your parcel does not arrive the next day please do let us know as we will follow this up with Australia Post.

Approx Shipping costs within Australia:-

1 Cuddledry + any accessories- $9.20
2 Cuddledrys + any accessories - $12.50
3+ towels + accessories - $18.00

All WA orders are sent out in Parcel Post Plus or Express Post satchels
You will receive a tracking code once the parcel has been posted.
WA is usually 2 days for Express Post items but this is not guaranteed.

Delivery times for orders outside the Express Post Network may be between 2-7 business days depending on the destination

Your parcel will be taken to your local post office should nobody be at home to receive it. In this situation we recommend having your parcel delivered to you at work for your convenience.

choice of delivery address:-

You can choose to receive your delivery at home, or at work, or you can send it as a gift to the lucky recipient’s address. Simply change the delivery address at checkout and advise if you would like us to include a special message in our comments section.

gift message and wrapping:-

You can add a personal gift message to be sent with your order when you reach the comments box and there is also a gift wrapping service available.

Gift wrapping is just $4.50 and is available for all products.

returns:-

Should you have an issues with your order, please contact us at info@cuddledryshop.com.au and we will do our best to work out a solution. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase and shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We will process returns once we have received the items back in original condition with all packaging intact. Our processing takes 48 hours. We hope that you will be so happy with your purchase there is no need for a return!
